RPL provided due diligence services for a million-square-foot warehouse development near New Brunswick, New Jersey, on behalf of an institutional equity investor. Our team navigated complex environmental challenges on the former golf course site while managing an accelerated construction schedule to meet early tenant commitments. Through intensive coordination and seven-day work weeks, we achieved temporary occupancy for the anchor tenant on schedule, enabling timely move-in and supporting our client’s successful property disposition.
