Foundry Lofts

RPL provided diligence prior to acquisition and project management and consulting services for a 14-story student housing development near the University of Michigan on behalf of an institutional equity owner. The development featured underground parking and extensive amenities including a fitness center, study areas, coffee bar, tanning station, rooftop spa deck, and ground-floor retail spaces. We helped the project reach completion ensuring successful building occupancy and retail tenant operations.
