RPL managed project consulting and renovation oversight for converting an existing retail space into a Dollar General store, representing a bankruptcy receiver (law firm). Working with the receiver, we coordinated the challenging project team and guided the build-out process to meet specific lease obligations. The project successfully concluded with all lease requirements fulfilled and Dollar General opening for business as planned.
