Cultivation facility at Steeplechase

As owner’s representative, RPL managed the development of a 72,000-square-foot, two-story cannabis facility, overseeing both base building construction and specialized tenant improvements. Our team coordinated the installation of advanced mechanical, lighting, and security systems while simultaneously managing exterior site work. The completed ground floor incorporated cultivation and processing areas, offices, and employee facilities, with the second floor strategically provisioned for future expansion.
