RPL provided development oversight for a garden-style apartment development spanning 15 buildings with indoor and outdoor amenities. Managing through complex jurisdictional approvals and site challenges requiring terracing and phased construction, we navigated limited subcontractor availability and material constraints. Despite timeline extensions due to materials and labor availability, the project delivered a quality product that achieved strong leasing performance and generated profitable returns upon sale.
