Courtyard Avalon

RPL provided investment evaluation and project oversight for a six-story Courtyard by Marriott in Alpharetta, Georgia. The hotel features 115 guest rooms and is adjacent Avalon’s the 86-acre mixed-use development. Supporting a private equity client with site selection and market analysis during due diligence, we assessed utility availability, easements, environmental factors, and team selection. Drawing on our Marriott brand expertise, we guided project design, construction contract development, and timeline planning. Through monthly site visits, OAC meetings, and comprehensive reporting, RPL managed developer performance and risk mitigation, keeping the project on schedule and within budget while ensuring compliance with Marriott brand standards.
