RPL provided acquisition due diligence services for a 55+ age-restricted townhouse community on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The project featured amenities including a clubroom, resident lounge, caterer’s kitchen, billiards, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, and nature trails. Through thorough investigation of existing conditions in the aging community, RPL developed comprehensive improvement plans and capital expense budgets. Our evaluation supported successful property acquisition, financing, and implementation of planned improvements.
