Chestnut Apartments

RPL assisted with due diligence, capital planning, and budgeting for a new five-story, 146-unit apartment development in Philadelphia. The project featured underground parking, ground-floor fitness room, and a green roof deck. A turn-key modular construction approach was used. Apartments were fabricated as approximately 80 boxes and trucked about 200 miles to be erected on site within a few weeks. The complex site challenges included adjacent building support and rock shelf drainage issues. The project delivered affordable housing for college students, teachers, and city workers.
