Cedar Ridge Senior Apartments

RPL provided due diligence and capital budgeting support for a senior apartment development featuring 124 units (eight one-bedroom, 116 two-bedroom), 186 parking spaces, 40 garages, common facilities, and storage units. This new construction was four-story, wood-frame, slab-on-grade, and sloped roof. RPL helped align stakeholder interests as the project was a new partner and deal structure for our client. We helped navigate extended COVID-19 construction shutdowns and a phased delivery approach (enabling resident move-ins prior to final completion). The project completed within budget.
