Bowery Southside Apartments
RPL provided investment diligence and project oversight for an apartment complex featuring two four-level buildings and two three-level townhome buildings with 463 surface parking spaces, on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The development included significant infrastructure improvements, including street extensions, widening, and creation of a new public park (while navigating highway and railroad right-of-way constraints). Despite these complexities, we helped deliver the project rapidly, achieving quick lease-up due to the neighborhood’s growing appeal.
