Angel’s Watch Shelter

RPL provided development oversight for a 30-unit transitional housing project serving families and domestic violence victims in Charles County, MD. Our role was focused on oversight with respect to funding provided by the State of Maryland. The development included comprehensive amenities such as dining facilities, lounge, laundry, offices, storage, and outdoor play areas. Managing the partnership between Maryland state agencies, a faith-based non-profit, and the project team, RPL advised on construction compliance, funding approvals and release, and issue resolution. Our oversight helped ensure successful completion and timely opening of this vital community resource.
