As program manager, the RPL team oversaw the comprehensive renovation of a 3,900-square-foot clubhouse and office building within a manufactured housing community.

We helped the client successfully address challenges posed by an aging two-story structure with significant deferred maintenance, complex space programming requirements, and accessibility limitations.

By facilitating critical discussions regarding renovation versus reconstruction options and ensuring the client’s programmatic standards were incorporated, our team helped transform the existing facility and implement new exterior amenities (including sports courts, an outdoor kitchen, and an event patio) delivering enhanced community spaces that significantly elevate the property value.
