Meet Assistant Project Manager Anita Rasmussen!

In honor of last week’s Women in Construction Week, we decided to ask some women in our organization about their profession.

What do you love most about your profession?
“I stumbled into the construction profession years ago with a new work opportunity and found I enjoyed the analytical thought processes in working through obstacles as well as the creative design aspects with every project.”

Why did you decide to pursue this profession?
“What I love most about the profession is the collaboration between several professions and trades in creating something out of nothing or taking something old and making it shine once again. The ‘people’ who come together to ‘build’ become a team and many times foster lifelong relationships which is incredibly rewarding on both a professional and personal level.”
