RPL provided renovation oversight, project consulting and inspection services on project that transformed a strip-shopping center unit into a community market and convenience store. We worked on behalf of a regional bank to support the store owner’s build-out. Engaged as the intermediary between the bank and store owner, we managed design challenges and cost adjustments while overseeing funding draws to prevent mechanic’s liens. The project concluded successfully with the store’s opening, maintaining good relationships between the owner and lender throughout the process and preserving their positive reputations.
