As program manager, the RPL team provided strategic oversight for a comprehensive capital expenditure plan at a manufactured housing community.

The project included the renovation of a large clubhouse building, standalone sales center, pool area and lakefront enhancements, entry and gating improvements, and new homesites.

We navigated significant challenges, particularly widespread electrical pedestal failures across the community.  Our team delivered crucial technical guidance on electrical infrastructure solutions, ensuring the client adopted an appropriate and cost-effective approach for the large-scale electrical project.

By effectively allocating shared design resources and maintaining vigilant oversight of the project management team, we successfully ensured consistent execution of the client’s vision for scope and quality across all project components, transforming aging facilities into modern amenities that enhance resident experience and property value.
