RPL provided due diligence and development oversight for a Class A garden-style apartment community with luxury amenities on behalf of an institutional equity partner. Facing unique market challenges with labor competition from oil field jobs, RPL implemented innovative scheduling strategies to maintain trade worker continuity, including coordinated slab pouring and framing sequences. Through strategic material procurement and establishment of an early staging area, we successfully delivered the project three months ahead of schedule and significantly under budget, despite the challenging labor market conditions.
