RPL provided due diligence and development oversight for a high-end residential project in an affluent Philadelphia suburb on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The development, offering both furnished short-term and unfurnished market-rate units, featured extensive amenities and garage parking on a redeveloped warehouse/office site. Despite weather and COVID-19 related delays, we successfully guided the project to substantial completion, achieving strong leasing performance, complementing the partner’s portfolio of similar properties in the Philadelphia area.
