RPL provided due diligence and development oversight of a 296-bed student housing project adjacent to the University of Alabama’s main campus and football stadium. Despite challenges including site constraints, campus proximity restrictions, and limited local labor and material resources, we successfully guided the project to completion within budget. The development achieved timely student move-in and successful property stabilization, leading to refinancing.
