As owner’s representative, RPL provided diligence support and development oversight for a 916-unit climate-controlled self-storage facility in the Denver Tech Center. Our team navigated dual municipal approvals while delivering an architecturally distinctive design that met community standards. Despite weather challenges and complex site constraints—including coordination of existing fuel tank and fiber optic easements—we successfully guided the project through completion. The facility achieved full occupancy and maintains strong market demand.
