RISE State College

RPL provided development oversight for a new high-rise student housing complex adjacent to Penn State University’s main campus, representing an insurance carrier equity group. The development, featuring ground-floor retail and modern interior finishes, required careful management of variable underground conditions during excavation and foundation work. Located downtown across from campus and offering appealing student amenities, the project achieved rapid pre-completion lease-up, demonstrating strong market acceptance from the student population.
