Pleasant Run Senior Apartments
RPL provided due diligence services for a new active adult apartment development on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The project featured 119 units (5 one-bedroom, 114 two-bedroom), common facilities, 40 garages and surface parking. Working with new partnership structures, we helped align stakeholder interests and approaches. Despite early schedule setbacks from severe weather, we helped deliver the wood-frame, slab-on-grade project within budget.
