Hyatt Fair Lakes

RPL provided comprehensive oversight, managing diligence, acquisition, design, and construction processes for the Hyatt Fair Lakes, a 316-key full-service hotel featuring 23 panoramic suites, 26 extended stay rooms, and 9,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in Fairfax County. Acting for a private equity client and drawing on our hotel industry expertise, we guided the Property Improvement Plan implementation, oversaw $1.5 million in capital projects including HVAC system upgrades, and coordinated guest room and amenity renovations to meet Hyatt brand standards. Through monthly OAC meetings, financial oversight, and strategic contract negotiations, we successfully delivered the project on time and within budget, effectively managing project risks while enhancing operational performance.
