RPL provided development oversight for an ultra-luxury high-rise apartment building in Chicago on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The project delivered ground-floor retail, comprehensive amenities, and a premium penthouse featuring a pool, clubroom, and roof deck. Despite challenging site constraints, including construction adjacent to curved elevated train tracks and coordination between an existing structure and future office building, we helped guide the development to completion on schedule. The property’s successful reception by the rental market validated its luxury positioning within the trendy neighborhood.
