Fulton Industrial Park

RPL provided due diligence and development oversight services for an 880,000-square-foot industrial park development on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The three-building complex, spanning 94.6 acres, required extensive site work to address challenging topography and soil conditions. Despite supply chain disruptions during the global pandemic, our team successfully guided the Class A warehouse and distribution facility through completion, achieving full occupancy with dedicated buildings for separate tenants.
