As owner’s representative, RPL provided due diligence and project management services for a 302-pad senior living (55+) community renovation of manufactured homes on behalf of a private equity client. Our team evaluated strategic options and implemented phased improvements to the clubhouse facilities—including leasing office, dining area, billiards room, and library—along with extensive outdoor amenities such as a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, dog park, and mini-golf course. Through careful scheduling and a phased approach, we minimized resident disruption while delivering enhanced community features on budget.
