RPL provided due diligence and development oversight for a premium self-storage facility in Boulder, Colorado, on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The project transformed a former auto impoundment yard into a modern storage complex featuring 88 covered RV spaces—meeting high local demand for secure recreational vehicle parking. Despite challenges from COVID-19 restrictions and weather delays, our team maintained project momentum through alternative inspection protocols and strategic management, delivering a successful facility that achieved strong leasing performance.
