Osprey Bay
RPL served as development and project manager for the rebuild of this 470-site community. The property suffered significant hurricane damage that resulted in the essential demolition and rebuild of the entire community.
The project included renovation of 5,000 square feet of amenity structures including a clubhouse, leasing office, outdoor pool and water feature as well as the reconstruction of another clubhouse and fitness center with outdoor pool, spa, sport courts, and the creation of a new gated entry.
Site infrastructure improvements included the rehabilitation and replacement of water-damaged utilities & asphalt roadways, as well as the make-ready of all homesites for new manufactured homes.
We successfully helped the client navigated multiple natural disasters, ensuring the community was cleared of debris, reconstructed, rebranded and reopened to occupancy within two years of the hurricane.
