RPL partnered with another consultant to provide construction oversight and funding inspections for a new 117-unit luxury condominium development on behalf of a mezzanine lender. The project featured early use of panelized steel framing while navigating urban construction site constraints. RPL helped ensure successful project completion, resulting in the sale and occupancy of all units.
