Community Involvement | Everyone should better their communities and be leaders in our industry. Employees actively volunteer in select professional and civic programs with reasonable time off and financial support provided on a case-by-case basis. |
Holidays | We typically recognize ten (10) paid days off per calendar year, including unique recognition for National Ferret Day. |
PTO | Whether for scheduled vacation days or unexpected emergencies for you or a close family member, paid time off (PTO) amounts vary by position and tenure but is accrued each pay period for use when needed. |
Retirement Savings | After an introductory period, employees may contribute, usually tax-deferred, toward retirement through our 401K plan that the company matches a portion of funds each year. |
Health Insurances | After an introductory period, employees may participate in our group health, vision and dental insurance plans. The company pays 80% of each employee’s medical premium and 100% of his/her vision and dental premiums and split 50/50 with employees on the premiums to cover elected spouses and dependents. We also encourage contributing to a companion Health Savings Account (HSA). |
Additional Insurances | At no cost to eligible employees, $50,000 of Basic Term Life/Accidental Death, and 60% of salary Short and Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurances are provided. We also have an Employee Assistance Program. |
